Concha y Toro. Blend wines, these are very good as house wine or as one up from house wine. There is and 80/20 mix in the wines to produce a fuller flavour. All the wines are unoaked at this price. £37.45/dozen or £4.12/btl. They are avaliable in Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot varieties. Sunrise, buy using better grapes the wines can give the full flavour, however they are more expensive. Again none of these wines are oaked. £42.50/dozen or £4.54/btl. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurtztraminer, a Merlot rose and soon a Shiraz are avaliable. The Pinot Noir is outstanding. Explorer, specail wines from small plots of vineyards. Quantities may be limited. Avlaible in Pinot Noir, Malbec, Syrah and Sauvingnon Blanc. All at £50.50/dozen or £5.21/btl. Casillero del Diablo, the devils cellar holds some cracking wines, aged in american oak for a soft powerfull flavour. Priced at £52.50/dozen or £5.38/btl. Avaliable as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Trio, made by Ignacio Racabarren, the don of Chilean wine. The Chardonnay won the 1997 white wine of the year award, beautiful stuff. All at £55.50/dozen, or £5.63/btl. Avaliable in Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier, Gewurtztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc. Terrunyo, truly wonderfull wines, from the best soils in Chile.
